Special Parking Spaces for Distribution Vehicles

The Association has submitted a formal proposal to the city councilsand municipal authorities of Batumi, Rustavi, and Kutaisi, requesting theallocation of designated parking spaces for distribution vehicles to facilitateproduct deliveries.

One of the major challenges faced by local manufacturers anddistribution companies is the lack of appropriate parking spaces needed tosupply retail and business outlets during the course of their operations. Theavailability of designated parking areas would help prevent administrativeviolations and reduce disruptions to traffic flow.

The increased administrative fine for violation of parkingrules, in accordance with the amendments made to the "Code ofAdministrative Offenses", represents an additional financial burden, whichultimately has a negative impact on the formulation of product prices.
